Welcome to Shorehaven Golf Club! We hope that as an invited guest of one of our members, the following information will make help to make your visit enjoyable.
Below is information about our club policies. Your host member can answer any other questions, or you may call the Clubhouse at 203-866-5528 for more information.
VALET
We are pleased to make available valet parking service for guests who are attending evening and special events at Shorehaven. Valet service, when available, is signified by a blue sign alongside the portico.
CLUBS DROP OFF
Our Pro Shop staff will meet your car in the upper circle to unload your golf clubs and will direct you to the parking area and locker rooms.
CELL PHONE
Talking on your cell phone is prohibited on the golf course, golf pro shop, midway house, putting green and driving range.
Cell phones must be kept on silent mode and may be used for other functions. Although talking on your cell phone is permitted throughout the rest of the club including the clubhouse, we request your discretion when receiving or making calls so that you do not disturb others around you.
DRESS CODE
Proper golf attire is required on the golf course and practice areas at all times.
In general, ‘proper casual attire’ is required at all times on the club property. Between April 16th and October 14th, denim jeans are not allowed on premises, with the following exceptions:
• Jeans are expressly permitted for a specific social event.
• Women are permitted to wear white denim jeans year around.

GUESTS’ USE OF CASH & CREDIT CARD
Guests are not to use cash on the club premises except for paying and tipping for caddie services, valet and locker room attendants. Guests may use credit cards for golf shop merchandise.
LIGHTNING WARNING SYSTEM
Shorehaven Golf Club implements a lightning warning system. Immediately following the 15 second siren/blast, all golfers are required to leave the course and seek shelter.
Sporting activities may resume immediately after the “all clear” has been sounded (three 5 second blasts).
