Mike Laganza
Head Golf Professional
Mike was born and raised in Norwalk, CT and began playing competitive golf while attending Fairfield Prep. After earning All-State honors and winning a State Championship, he went on to play collegiate golf at the University of Connecticut. Mike graduated with a business degree and joined Shorehaven Golf Club as an Assistant Professional.
Mike has a strong passion for junior golf and was able to take a very small junior golf program and develop it into one of the largest, most successful programs in the area (as featured in the Met Golfer). After attending many teaching and coaching summits, he was awarded the position of Teaching Professional.
Mike received the honor of being named Head Golf Professional at Shorehaven in 2011 and has been directing the golf operations ever since. He is a proud member of the PGA of America and a Certified Flightscope Professional. Mike is dedicated to growing the game of golf while providing members with a positive and enjoyable experience.
