Username: 
Primary member - your username is your member account number (no dash).
Example: if your name is Smith, and your member number is S123, your username is S123. 

For spouses - add the letter “A” following the member number.
Example: for account S123, a spouse’s username is S123A.  

Password
For the first time that you sign in, your password is your last name.  

After logging in, you will be prompted to change your password to something more secure.
